Messmate (Eucalyptus obliqua) is an Australian hardwood known for its warm honey-to-light brown colouring and subtle straight grain. By laminating multiple sections together, the blank gains extra stability and strength, helping reduce movement and cracking while you’re learning tool control.

Please note: All timber cuts are subject to a tolerance of up to 5mm.
