Silver Wattle Spindle 255 x 60 x 60mm

Silver Wattle is a beautiful Australian hardwood that is great for woodturning, offering warm golden to light brown tones often with subtle figure and natural character. It turns nicely on the lathe, making it a solid choice for bowls, platters, pens, handles, and decorative pieces. With its fine to medium texture and smooth finish potential, Silver Wattle can polish up beautifully and takes oils, waxes, and finishes really well, bringing out its natural warmth and grain. A lovely native timber for turners wanting something versatile, attractive, and uniquely Australian.

Please note: All timber cuts are subject to a tolerance of up to 5mm.

Timber is a natural product, and characteristics such as colour, grain, texture, and appearance may vary between pieces.
