By using our website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our terms and conditions as set out below.

1. Privacy Policy

All information submitted to us is private and confidential and not shared with any third party. Further information on our privacy and security policy is outlined on our Privacy and Security page.

2. Payment Methods

Pop's Shed accepts payment by Direct Deposit, Money Order, Visa and MasterCard. All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval.

3. Pricing Policy

Prices are set at the time of purchase and are subject to change without any notice. We reserve the right to not honor typographical errors on prices.

4. Acceptance of Orders

Pop's Shed reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for any reason. In addition, an automated electronic order confirmation does not indicate acceptance of an order. By placing an order, the customer agrees that the sale is made in Victoria, Australia.

5. Limitation of Liability

All products sold on this website are to be used at your own risk. Under no circumstances is Pop's Shed liable for the following:

  • third party claims against you for damages;
  • loss of, or damage to any type of hardware or equipment;
  • any consequential damages. Consequential damages is defined as any damage which is a consequence of using this product or our website (data loss; hardware loss; or economic losses like profit loss, customer loss, or time loss).
  • economic consequential damages or incidental damages;

The Pop's Shed liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased from us. All of the products that we sell are to be used at your own risk and we are in no way liable for any loss, damage or injuries suffered from poor installation or use.

Once shipped, goods become the responsibility of the customer which then has consumer rights to the goods being delivered by the carrier. All images displayed are for illustrative purposes only, and all specifications shown are true and accurate to the best of our knowledge.

6. Errors & Omissions Excluded

All images and specifications on our website are indicative only, actual products may vary from what is shown on our website. We accept no liability for typographical errors, misprints, omissions, or changes in specification. From time to time the manufacturer's specifications will change without notice. If unsure about an aspect of a product please contact us prior to purchase.

7. Compatibility

We are unable to guarantee compatibility between components. It is up to the buyer to first research and confirm that a part will be compatible and suitable for their use prior to purchase. You can contact us for any questions regarding compatibility.

8. Loss or Damage in Transit

Replacement of damaged items or lost deliveries can only be offered to customers who have selected the Freight Insurance option when placing their order. Please inspect the contents of your shipment carefully upon your receipt of it. You have three (3) days to report any items that are missing or have arrived damaged or broken in transit. We will not accept any responsibility, or offer any options after those three days have passed.

9. Delays in Transit

Standard Shipping averages 2-5 days for delivery to most areas in Australia, while Express Shipping averages 1-2 days. Shipping to regional areas (eg regional WA/NT) will take longer. Shipping times overseas may vary. It is important to remember that delivery times are estimates, and can be affected by weather conditions or other unforeseeable events that are outside the control of the shipping company. Once an order has been dispatched, shipping costs are non-refundable.

10. Returns Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for a product in its original, unopened and undamaged packaging (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact). Restocking fees may apply, and credit value is based on current market prices. You must contact us within 7 days of shipping of the product to return a product in this way.

11. Warranty

All products carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of 12 months unless specified otherwise. If you have any difficulties with a product purchased, please contact us. All warranty is strictly return-to-base unless advised otherwise. Any physical damage to a product voids the manufacturer warranty. The customer has to return the item to us at their cost and we will return the item back to them at our cost if to be found faulty. Return postage will be payable for all goods not found faulty.
